  • State your name


  • State your complete street and City address


  • State how long you have lived in the Town where you live and how long you have lived in Marin County.


  • Briefly say who you are and your relationship to Ford, if any.


  • Discuss why you like The Sign. If you find value in The Sign, state as clearly as you can what that value is, why you hold it and what it would be like for you if the Town were to decide to silence The Sign.
