Council to decide how open seat should be filled

The Town Council will meet Tuesday to decide whether to appoint a new council member or hold a special election to replace Ian Roth, who quit to become finance director of Fairfax.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the Ross Valley School District board room at 110 Shaw Drive in San Anselmo.
